Kundalini yoga is known as the Mother Yoga, it offers students yoga postures, relaxation and meditation to gain a Healthy Body Mind & Spirit.
Working with Kriya's (sequences of postures performed in a particular sequence) that help maintain a strong healthy immune system, strengthens the nervous system, allows the lymphatic and glandular systems to keep you in good health.
It can ease back problems, strengthen your spine, improve your posture and alignment.
It can help reduce stress levels, combat anxiety and depression.
If you suffer with asthma or bronchitis, the breathing techniques can help expand your lung capacity and ease the symptoms.
At the end of the class there is deep relaxation for around 5 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of meditation. Both of these can ease insomnia, help combat fatigue and teach you how to relax and destress.
These sessions last for one hour.

These sessions are a slightly more intensive class and are designed to help burn fat, tone and strengthen the body, improve flexibility and keep the heart healthy.
We use postures only in this class, no relaxation or meditation.
These sessions last for 45 minutes.

These sessions are HIIT inspired and help burn fat and keep the heart healthy.
3 exercises are practiced for 20 second intensive intervals followed by 10 second rest periods.
These sessions last for 30 minutes.

With the use of chairs both sitting and standing exercises are performed to help maintain flexibility and keep the body and heart healthy.
These sessions last for 45 minutes.

These are monthly yoga and well being workshops.
They consist of a one hour Kundalini Yoga class, followed by 15 minutes of meditation.
There is then a one hour well being section which demonstrates a different topic each month.
I use local businesses/practitioners to help them promote their business.
Topics include reflexology, Indian head massage, crystal healing, gong meditation, colour therapy, Japanese healing, Qigong, Reiki and more.
All rounded off with freshly made yogi tea and snacks.
