The classes.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini yoga is known as the Mother Yoga, it offers students yoga postures, relaxation and meditation to gain a Healthy Body Mind & Spirit.

  • Body Sculpt

    These sessions are a slightly more intensive class and are designed to help burn fat, tone and strengthen the body.

  • Body Blast

    These sessions are HIIT inspired and help burn fat and keep the heart healthy.

  • Chair Yoga

    With the use of chairs both sitting and standing exercises are performed to help maintain flexibility and keep the body and heart healthy.

  • Workshops

    A combination of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and a different Wellbeing topic each month. All rounded off with freshly made yogi tea and snacks.

  • Meditation

    A weekly class to help clear your mind for true relaxation.

  • Private Lessons

    One to one or for two people, these sessions are tailored to your individual needs.

  • Face Yoga

    A weekly class designed to improve the facial appearance, reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Whilst also enhancing your natural glow and so much more.

  • Yoga with me

    A little bit of yoga is better than no yoga at all.

About me

Hello, I’m Denise, and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2000. I trained in Virginia, USA, after a battle with my own mental health.

Yoga saved me, Kundalini Yoga in particular. It helped me learn how to remove negative thoughts and feelings, taught me how to heal and breathe and how to become a stronger person.

It is my privilege to now pass these teachings on and help my students benefit from yoga just as I did.

I am fully qualified in Kundalini Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga.
